The second season of Michael Kushner's podcast Dear Mutli-Hyphenate launched September 16, with episodes already released featuring Lea DeLaria, Michael Cyril Creighton, and Hannah Solow. Upcoming entries will feature such notables as David Henry Hwang, Cameron Mongaham, Lindsey Ferrentino, J.W. Crump, Jason Styres, Natalie Rebenkoff, and more.

Hosted by Kushner, Dear Multi-Hyphenate explores theatre artists with multi-faceted careers, digging into the surprising ways they explore their own full potential. Among the first season's guests were Carol Burnett, Billy Porter, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Frances Ruffelle, Tonya Pinkins, and L. Morgan Lee.

“So much of this industry is impenetrable,” says Kushner in a statement. “Many people think it’s about who you know or just finding good luck—but I am dedicated to cracking away at access to this industry. There is no clear path to finding success and if you listen to all 107 episodes released so far, you will hear 107 different ways to be a part of the industry. This podcast serves as a grab bag of tools for anyone who has questions about breaking into show business.”

Episodes are available at BPN.fm, or wherever you get podcasts.
