News "Covert Affairs" and Reasons to Be Pretty Star Will Head Cast of MCC's Lost Girls Casting has been announced for the Off-Broadway premiere of Lost Girls by John Pollono. Leading the cast is Piper Perabo, who rose to fame following her starring role in "Coyote Ugly," is a Golden Globe nominee for her performance in "Covert Affairs" and was last seen on Broadway in Reasons to Be Pretty.

Joining Perabo will be Ebon Moss-Bachrach (HBO’s "Girls"), Meghann Fahy (Next to Normal), Tasha Lawrence (Good People), Josh Green and Lizzy DeClement. The cast is helmed by Jo Bonney, who reunites with Pollono at MCC following their collaboration on Small Engine Repair.

Beginning previews Oct. 22 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, Lost Girls brings together divorcee parents Maggie and Lou when their 17-year-old goes missing during a winter storm. Former high school sweethearts, the two are forced to confront some of their past decisions.

"Lost Girls is a hard-hitting drama about a blue-collar family struggling to rise above their limited prospects to prevent history from repeating itself," state MCC press notes. An official opening night is slated for Nov. 9.
