The 2016-17 season will kick off in the fall with Anthony Giardina's political family drama, The City of Conversation, directed by Marti Lyons and scheduled to run Sept. 15-Oct. 23.
In November the company will stage the world premiere of Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon, directed by Jessica Thebus. The play is an imagined sequel to Jane Austen's celebrated "Pride and Prejudice," picking up two years after the novel's end.
The new year will launch with another world premiere, Selina Fillinger's Faceless, helmed by artistic director BJ Jones. The new drama follows the story of an 18-year-old girl on trial for conspiring to commit acts of terrorism.
The season will also feature Rothstein's Hurricane Sandy drama By The Water, which previously ran Off-Broadway, and the world premiere of Mark St. Germain's Relativity, directed by Jones.
