Buried Child launched Shepard to international fame following its critically acclaimed debut in 1978, moving him beyond the Off-Broadway and regional worlds where he had been produced since the 1960's. Last seen on Broadway in 1996, Buried Child follows Vince, who returns to his idyllic childhood farm with his girlfriend, only to discover emotionally and physically crippled family members and a host of secrets. The Broadway revival was nominated for five Tony Awards, including Best Play.

Tickets to the live production of Buried Child are available online at TheNewGroup.org, or through Ticket Central at (212) 279-4200. The show takes place at The Pershing Square Signature Center in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre, located at 480 West 42nd Street, Manhattan.
