The "winners" of the 35th Annual Razzie Awards were announced Feb. 21 at the Montalban Theatre in Hollywood.
Also nominated for Worst Remake, Rip-off or Sequel were "Atlas Shrugged: Who Is John Galt?," "The Legend of Hercules," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "Transformers: Age of Extinction."
Also taking home Razzie Awards were Cameron Diaz (Worst Actress, "The Other Woman" and "Sex Tape"), Kelsey Grammer (Worst Supporting Actor, "The Expendables 3," "Legends of Oz," "Think Like a Man Too," "Transformers: Age of Extinction") and Megan Fox (Worst Supporting Actress, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles").

Directed by Will Gluck, the film features a screenplay by Gluck and Aline Brosh McKenna based on the musical stage play Annie by Thomas Meehan (book), Charles Strouse (music) and Martin Charnin (lyrics).
