Three separate 2-week long sessions for the advanced beginner to pre-professional dancer ages 16 and up.
SESSION I: July 7 -July 18, 2025
SESSION II: July 21 - August 1, 2025
SESSION III: August 4 - August 15, 2025
Your training begins with daily technique classes designed to reinforce foundational skills across multiple disciplines: Ballet, FOSSE® Jazz, Classical Indian, Afro-Caribbean, Flamenco, Rhythm, and Theatre Games. Afternoons are dedicated to the study of signature Fosse® choreography in a supportive and challenging environment. Each two-week session builds core abilities while exploring repertoire allowing you to deepen your understanding of the Fosse® method and style. Each session differs in repertoire.
Enroll in one, two, or all three sessions.
Successful completion of any session of the Intensive Training Program (ITP), may count as a pre-requisite for admittance to Professional Training Program II (PTP II) in future years.

The Verdon Fosse Legacy® Professional Training Program is an elite invitational summer intensive for professional & pre-professional dancers ages 16 and up.
Learn the vast array of styles and vocabulary through daily technique classes in Ballet, Fosse® Jazz, Classical Indian, Afro-Caribbean, Flamenco, Rhythm, and Theatre Games. Your afternoons will be spent studying longer excerpts from a variety of Fosse® choreography. The learning environment is challenging, in-depth, and constructive.

Program II of The Verdon Fosse Legacy® Professional Training Program focuses on rounding out the advanced dancer (age 16+) to be competitive in today’s market: A Triple Threat.
In Program II your day begins grounding yourself in Ballet, Fosse® Jazz, or Jack Cole, “the father of American jazz dance”. Cole blended his ballet and modern dance background with a variety of global vernacular dance styles, profoundly influencing the professional and artistic development of Gwen Verdon. The rest of your days are spent continuing your development in the techniques of Flamenco, Afro-Carribean, and Rhythm, semi-private vocal sessions, acting exercises, scene work, singing, and multi-day rehearsal-like work sessions of Fosse® repertoire, cultivating increased confidence as a triple-threat performer.
Take part in this intensive, immersive, and inspiring training program for the next generation of Fosse® trained dancers.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM III: STAR QUALITY
PREREQUISITE: PTP I & II
DATES: August 4 - 15, 2025 (M-F)
Building on the technical foundation of Programs I & II, this complex in-depth curriculum delivers a professional company experience.
Your daily schedule mirrors a professional dance company beginning with Company Class, moving into Fosse® Repertoire work sessions, and choreography in the style of Fosse® suited for the commercial industry. Program III’s multi-focus enables you to experience rehearsing a group number of Fosse® Repertoire, a commercial approach to the style with new choreography, daily rehearsals with a Legacy Rehearsal Director, plus extended time for coaching and direction within the rehearsal setting.
Program III culminates with an in-studio presentation of your work for your peers, teachers, and the theatrical community.
Program III must be successfully completed to be eligible for an invitation to The Showcase: Professional Training Program IV.
Following successful completion of Professional Training Program I, II & III, select students are invited to participate in Professional Training Program IV: The Showcase.
