Selections from Micah Young's new musical The House by the Sea will be presented January 13 at the National Arts Club at 6:30 PM.
The free reading features Jill Paice (An American in Paris) and Michael Maliakel (Aladdin). Writer Young also musical directs.
Set in an idyllic house, The House by the Sea explores the challenges between an artist and a curator and their conflicting viewpoints on their shared mentor. As tensions rise and secrets unfold, they confront their past, their ambitions, and the fate of the house.
