News Marilyn Maye, Tom Wopat and Deborah Silver Will Sing Happy for Great American Songbook Benefit Sing Happy, a benefit concert for The Society for the Preservation of The Great American Songbook starring Deborah Silver, will be presented Oct. 25 at 8 PM at 54 Below.

Acclaimed vocalist Marilyn Maye will direct the evening with musical direction by Tedd Firth. Silver, who will be making her New York cabaret debut, will be joined onstage by Maye and Tony Award nominee Tom Wopat.

All proceeds from the evening will go to The Society for the Preservation of The Great American Songbook in order “to preserve and perpetuate the music, character and history of the Great American Songbook.”
