Cush Jumbo, known for her role in The River on Broadway and on TV in The Good Fight and The Good Wife, will star in a new crime series from Channel 4 titled Deadwater Fell, according to Deadline.

The cast of the four-part series will also feature David Tennant (Good Omens), The Crown's Anna Madeley, and Matthew McNulty (The Terror).

Set in the small, Scottish community of Kirkdarroch, Deadwater Fell is billed as an examination of a terrible crime alongside that of two relationships. Tennant plays local doctor Tom Kendrick, while Madeley plays his wife Kate, a primary school teacher. Kate works with her best friend Jess, played by Jumbo, who is married to Steve, played by McNulty.

Jumbo will soon be seen on the London stage in the title role of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, running July 6–August 20 at the Young Vic.
