Cabaret & Concert News Chicago, Dear Evan Hansen, Hadestown, and Phantom of the Opera Play Broadway in Bryant Park August 11

The fan-loved series began August 4 with performances by Off-Broadway's STOMP!, Disney's Aladdin, and The Lion King.

Presented by iHeartMedia New York’s 106.7 Lite FM, Chicago, Dear Evan HansenHadestown, and Phantom of the Opera perform at Broadway in Bryant Park August 11. The cast of Kimberly Akimbo was originally slated to perform in the pre-show, but has since canceled. Performer Bonnie Milligan will be there to represent the show as the host of the concert.

The fan-loved concert series returned for four weeks of free performances, running each Thursday at 12:30 on the Bryant Park Stage. The series began August 4 with a pre-show by Off-Broadway's STOMP!, followed by performances from Disney's Aladdin and The Lion King.

Following the August 11 performance, the line-up will continue with a pre-show by 1776, and main event performances from Come From Away, Funny Girl, Mr. Saturday Night, and Wicked.

The last concert, set for August 25, will have a special pre-show performance by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau, and will welcome the casts of A Strange Loop, Beetlejuice, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, and Six to the stage.
