International News Cast Set for U.K. Premiere of Rock Musical SuperYou

The performance will be part of Musical Con, the West End's first musical theatre fan convention.

The new rock musical SuperYou, which played two sold-out concerts at Carnegie Hall's Zankel Hall in July, will make its U.K. debut October 22 at noon at EXCEL London.

The performance, starring Vicki Manser (SIX), Renée Lamb (SIX), Tom Francis (& Juliet), and Natalie Green (Les Misérables), alongside creator Lourds Lane, will be offered on the Main Stage at Musical Con, the West End's first musical theatre fan convention.

Featuring a book and score by Lane, SuperYou is an empowering, female-led musical, celebrating the journey of a comic book artist who learns to love herself and find her voice when her own superheroine creations come to life. The musical has direction and choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter and music direction and co-arrangements by Wendy Bobbitt Cavett.

A workshop of the musical which will take place in London in November with presentations in December. Casting for the workshop will be announced at a later date. The concept album can be heard on Spotify.
