Bucks County Playhouse’s popular production of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show makes a limited return to the New Hope, PA, venue October 21-30.

Directed by Hunter Foster, the musical features choreography by Lorin Latarro.

The cast includes Kevin Cahoon as Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter, Nick Adams as Rocky, Maximilian Sangerman as Brad, Stephanie Gibson as Janet, William Youmans as Narrator/Eddie/Dr. Scott, Justin Matthew Sergeant as Riff Raff, Ryah Nixon as Magenta, Katie Anderson as Columbia, and Danielle Diniz and Tyler McKenzie as Phantoms.

The Rocky Horror Show, with book, music, and lyrics by O'Brien, is the stage musical that inspired the 1975 classic cult film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The musical, according to press notes, “follows innocent couple Brad and Janet as they seek shelter at a mysterious old castle on a dark and stormy night, where they encounter transvestite Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter, his ’perfect’ creation Rocky, and an assortment of other crazy creatures.”

“Bucks County Playhouse is thrilled to bring back The Rocky Horror Show this Halloween,” producer Stephen Kocis said in an earlier statement. “We took one year off presenting Rocky but with patrons repeatedly calling our box office asking us to bring it back, we are happy to report that Hunter and Lorin have returned to direct their wonderfully weird, high-energy production. We have increased the number of seats in our Time Warp section so more audience members can participate dancing on stage. The Rocky Horror Show has always been a great party show, and we look forward to welcoming Rocky fans back for more appropriately wicked fun at the Playhouse.”

The creative team includes David L. Arsnault and Wilson Chin (scenic design), Nicole V. Moody (costume design), Travis McHale (lighting design), and Bart Fasbender (sound design). The musical director is Will Shuler.
